We provide opportunities for youth and young adults to gain real-world, career building experience through providing our partners high caliber electronic repair & IT services.
Caliber Electronics was birthed to meet the needs of opportunity youth throughout Texas. Opportunity youth are young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who are not in school or working.
Young Texans aged 16-24 are crucial to not only our workforce but our economic future, yet 13.1% are neither in school nor working. These opportunity youth and young adults (OYYA) need support to reconnect and become college or career ready. Although Opportunity Youth are resourceful, intelligent and resilient, very few opportunities to gain real world experience are available to them, this is the gap that CE aims to fill.
Caliber is the quality of someone's character or the level of their ability. We believe that with proper mentorship, training & opportunity these youth can thrive in any cyber/I.T field.
Alongside R3 Student Outreach, we will Revive, Renew & Restore the minds & hearts of young people.
